Original Art Printed on Archival Paper
"He Should Probably Brush his Teeth"
This piece is a meditative representation of a character that hasn't been to a dentist in a very long time. Frame and mat not included. The frame and mat were added for representational purposes only. Printed art will not show a watermark.
When I was young I dreamed of becoming an artist; but like so many aspiring artists I didn't follow my dream but instead went to business school and got an accounting degree. I spent the last 29 years working as a CPA/CFO in the construction and real estate business. Three years ago I started to draw again as a way to relax. My drawings are almost meditative in the metaphysical sense as well as in content and form. I don't start with any particular idea of where the drawing is going. I let my thoughts guide where and how my pen reacts to the paper. I am always surprised with the finished piece.

This piece is a meditative representation of inspiration I received from a book by Deb Wieres. Deb is a wonderful artist that produces whimsical characterizations of people and especially their faces. I was so inspired that I sat down and tried to incorporate a face into my art.
